Checkout

When you have all of the items you wish to purchase in your cart, take a moment to review the items and quantities. Once you are satisfied, click 'Checkout' to begin the checkout process.

Returning Customers

If you have already setup an account with Ajne online, please enter your Username and Password and then click the 'Sign In' button.

New Customers

If you are a new customer to Ajne online, we ask that you take a moment to create an account and profile with your Shipping and Billing address. You are always able to quickly change your billing or shipping address during the checkout process.

Forgot your Username or Password?

When logging in, if you discover you've forgotten your Username or Password, click on the 'Forgot Password' link directly below the login boxes. A new page will appear where you will need to enter the email address you used at registration. If our system does not recognize your email address or if you have forgotten it, please contact us via email or at 831.624.2100 x 200. Upon entering your email address, our system will match it to our records and then immediately email you the Username and Password that match your email address.

Confirm Items & Quantities

Please take a moment to verify all of the items & quantities in your shopping basket. You can update quantities by entering the number you prefer to the right of the item and then click 'Update Quantities'. You may delete any item from your shopping basket by clicking the 'remove item' button directly below the quantity. When you are satisfied, please click the 'Checkout' button.

Review your Shipping Address

The shipping address shown is the shipping address that you entered when you set up your account. If you want to ship to a different address, click the 'Change Address' link directly below your current address.

Add a new address: You will be asked to add a new address. Once you have finished adding the new address, please click the 'Submit' button. This will take you back to the checkout process.

Shipping Method

Select the proper shipping method for your order. Please note that shipping times are in addition to order processing times. Orders are normally processed Monday through Friday - 10:00am to 6 pm. Typical processing time is within 72 hours of receipt of your order. If you require rush delivery, please contact us via email or at 831-624-2100 x 200. Rush order fees may apply. All times are Pacific Standard Time.

Billing Address

The billing address shown is the billing address that you entered when you set up your account. Please note that if your billing address does not match what your credit card company has on file, it will likely cause your order to be denied by the credit card company server. If you want to change your billing address, click the 'Change Address' link directly below your current address.

Add a new address: You will be asked to add a new address. Once you have finished adding the new address, please click the 'Submit' button. This will take you back to the checkout process.

PLEASE NOTE: The billing address must match the billing address your credit card company has on file.

Choose Payment Information

Credit Card Type

Please use the pull down menu to choose your credit card type. Ajne currently accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Credit Card Number

Enter your credit card number without spaces or dashes as it appears on your card.

Use the two pull down menus to enter your credit card expiration date.

Enter your credit card security number

What is this? On both Visa and MasterCard, it's the 3 digit security code is found on the back of the card at the end of the credit card number. On American Express, the security code is found on the front of the card to the right, above the actual credit card number

Name on the Credit Card

Please enter the name as it appears on the credit card.

Confirm & Place Your Order

Please confirm all information on your order. Use the 'Edit' links to change information that is incorrect. Once you are satisfied, please click 'Place Order Now'.

Order Confirmation

Please print the order confirmation for your records.

You can view the details and status of your order. You must be logged in with the username and password under which you placed your order. Visit View Order Status for instructions on how to view and track your order.
