My Ajne Account


Overview

Create a My Ajne Account. It is necessary to create an account to process your order, as well as make your shopping experience quicker and easier. You may also securely store your billing and shipping information, as well as view current and previous purchases. Registering also allows you to take advantage of exclusive shopping offers, new product launches, special sampling programs and more.

Login and Logout

We recommend a Login that is easy to remember for future visits (character limit is 255). To logout, simply click My Ajne Account at the top of any page. Then click Logout. This will end your secure session.

Create an Account

Click here to create your My Ajne Account. To create an account at your convenience, just click on the My Ajne Account link at the top of any page, fill in the onscreen boxes and click 'Submit'.

Updating Account Information

Login to your My Ajne Account by clicking the 'My Ajne Account' link at the top of any page. Login with the Username and Password you used previously to set up your Ajne Account. If you cannot remember you username or password, visit Forgot Your Password, email us or call us at 1-831-624-2100 x 200. Once logged in, you may update any personal information including your name, billing information, shipping information, username and password at any time.

Managing Billing and Shipping Addresses

Login to your My Ajne Account by clicking the 'My Ajne Account' link at the top of any page. Please make sure your billing address is the same as what your credit card company has on file. During the payment process, you can edit your billing address, as well as your shipping address. Please note that our system only stores one billing address and one shipping address at a time. So if you modify either address during the check out process, that is what our system will keep on file for you until you change it again.

View Order Status

You must be logged in with the same username and password you used to place your order. Login to your My Ajne Account by clicking 'My Ajne Account' at the top of any page. Once logged in, return to this page by clicking 'Customer Service', then 'View Order Status'. Once here, click this link View Order Status to search for your current orders. When on the View Order Status page, you may search for your order(s) in a variety of ways. For example, enter your order ID or select the appropriate boxes to quickly find your order and its status.

Order History

Use the same directions listed in the View Order Status section above to view your order history. Please note: You must be logged in the with the same username and password you used to place the original order(s) to view your order history. Click this View Order Status link to search for any past orders placed under a specific username and password.
